To this end, the company has introduced the German imported Enox ultrasonic meter weight control device, which dynamically monitors the wall thickness of pipes in real time through an ultrasonic wall thickness detector. The detection data is transmitted in real-time to the production line control host in the form of electrical signals. Once there is a slight deviation in wall thickness, the host system immediately activates the parameter automatic adjustment mechanism to achieve intelligent correction of the production process, providing reliable guarantee for the production of high-quality and stable pipes.
